Pricing and Availability

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and subject to change without notice
• Products are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason
• Price errors may be corrected even after order confirmation

Order Process

• Orders are confirmed upon payment receipt
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• You must provide accurate delivery information
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to carrier

• Free Diagnosis: We provide complimentary initial diagnosis
• Approval Required: No repair work begins without customer approval of cost estimate
• Transparent Pricing: All costs are disclosed before work begins
• Timeline Estimates: Repair timelines are estimates and may vary

Data Responsibility

Repair Warranty

• Repairs include 30-day warranty on parts and labor
• Warranty covers the specific repair performed
• Warranty is void if device is tampered with by third parties
• Original manufacturer warranties remain unaffected

Abandoned Devices

• Devices unclaimed for 30+ days after repair completion may be disposed of
• Reasonable attempts will be made to contact you
• Storage fees may apply after 14 days

• Full payment required before order processing for sales
• Repair payments due upon completion before device release
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and POS payments
• Receipts provided for all transactions

6. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery available within Lokoja and surrounding areas
• Shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise
• You must inspect products upon delivery and report damages within 24 hours
• Signature may be required for delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

• Defective products may be returned within 7 days of purchase
• Products must be in original condition with all accessories
• Proof of purchase required for all returns
• Software and digital products are non-refundable

Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 14 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method

• Restocking fee may apply for opened products

Repair Service Refunds

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service causing the liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kogi State, Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
